Slowfood stay in the Gers: from farm to fork
Day 1: reception starts at 3pm. Free access to the relaxing area: swimming-pool in summertime, Jacuzzi and sauna. Dinner with a “Terroir” menu. Free evening and night in a double room
Day 2: breakfast and departure for the Domaine of Herrebouc in Saint Jean Poutge to visit an organic and slowfood vineyard. Lunch and free afternoon. Dinner with a gourmet menu and night in a double room
Day 3: breakfast and visit of our neighbours, the Quatre Grâces farm, with Stéphanie and Christophe Masson who also follow the principles of Slowfood and who will introduce you to the concept of Slowfood: good, clean, and fair! End of stay.
