Foie gras stay for 2 people
Make your own canned duck foie gras (foie gras, preserved duck and duck breasts) in a typical Gersois farm with high quality products. The duck are raised in the open air, traditionally fattened with corn.
You will take part in the cutting process and in the cooking of the foies gras, preserved ducks and duck breasts.
You will stay 2 nights on half board in our hotel. A “Terroir” menu is included in the package.
The day of departure, a selection of gourmet items will gracefully be offered to you at the farm.
Duration of the stay: 3 days / 2 nights
Pricing conditions: this stay may be booked for Thursdays and Fridays or for the weekends.
