The chef also enjoys cooking seafood such as scallop and prawn that he gladly associates with spices and other aromatic plants.
The ingredients we cook are selected from producers who follow high standard conditions (growing crops and tending livestock). Some products are organic and almost all of them are from the Gers.
Our main supplier is our closest neighbor: meat and cured “Porc Noir”, milk-fed veal… We support SlowFood.
Wines, other delicacies of the area, will tastefully accompany your meals: Saint Mont, Madiran, Pacherenc…
